Many of you know or have read the writings of Bill Carrigan in the Sunday edition of The Toronto Star. Bill has been writing a weekly column in the Sunday edition of The Toronto Star since 1997, and producing the Getting Technical Market Newsletter since December 1998. A regular guest on “Report On Business Television”, Bill is also an Instructor for the Canadian Securities Institute. He is called upon to provide training to industry professionals on technical analysis at many of Canada’s leading brokerage firms.
